Thomas Frank's men have been flying high this season. However, their most impressive achievement has been their unbeaten run. The Bees managed to go 12 games unbeaten, registering impressive results against top teams in the EPL. They have won matches; even betting fans would not have predicted them to win. If you wager on EPL matches, consider this exclusive 1xBet VIP bonus code to enhance your EPL wagering experience. In the meantime, Brentford has staked its claim in English top-flight football. They are no longer a team you can easily wish away.
Fulham Spoiled the Party
Before they fell to Fulham's sword 1-0, Brentford had enjoyed a 12-game unbeaten run. The last time they had tasted defeat was on October 23rd, making their run the longest active streak of any club in the English Premier League.
You could be tempted to think they managed that impressive form because they met teams below them on the EPL table. Not so fast! Thomas Frank's men played Manchester City, Liverpool, Arsenal, and Tottenham Hotspur during that period and amassed eight points.
During the 12-game unbeaten run, they won six matches and drew six, bagging 23 points. They also emerged with an 11-goal advantage, having scored 22 goals and conceded 11.
Newcastle Recorded the Highest Unbeaten Run This Season
Eddie Howe has done an impressive job at St. James' Park. The Magpies began the season on a high, going 17 games without tasting defeat from September to February. That run saw Eddie Howe's men cement their spot in the top four for the better part of the season. Their impressive run was brought to an unpleasant halt by Liverpool in February.
Arsenal is the Only "Big Six" Team to Beat the Bees
Mikel Arteta's men are the only "big six" team to beat The Bees this season. The Gunners have been impressive this season and look set to win the EPL title. Arsenal have also enjoyed a 13-game unbeaten run over several months. Coincidentally, their 13-game unbeaten run began with a 3-0 win over Brentford in September. The Gunners' winning streak ended with a 1-0 loss to struggling Everton.
Final Thoughts
Brentford look set to finish in the top half of the table. The team's consistency has made them difficult opponents to play against. What position do you think Brentford will finish this season?
Sandoval will be sitting next to Raquel for at least part of the taping.
This is going to be explosive.
The cast of "Vanderpump Rules" began filming the upcoming reunion on Thursday, with Bravo revealing the official seating charts -- yes, charts, plural -- for the taping.
Let's get into the most important positions: The first chart shows Andy Cohen in the middle, with Ariana Madix directly beside him. On the opposite side is Lisa Vanderpump, followed by Tom Sandoval and then Raquel Leviss. Yep, Sandoval and Raquel will be sitting next to each other.
Raquel is totally MIA from the second seating chart, to make room for Scheana Shay -- who, legally, can't be within 100 yards of Leviss thanks to a restraining order. The dual charts confirm the fact that Raquel and Scheana will be filming separately.
According to TMZ, Andy also did solo interviews with the three core Scandoval players -- Leviss, Sandoval and Madix.
Cohen teased the reunion earlier today on Instagram, sharing a photo of him on the set with his question cards in hand (below). "Some people wait a lifetime for a moment like this," he captioned the photo -- adding the hashtags #PumpRules and #ReunionDay.
It's unclear how many episodes are left in the season before we get to the reunion itself, but new hours drop Wednesday on Bravo.
The security guard credited with saving "dozens of lives" previously wrestled under the name "Puerto Rican Punisher."
A bouncer with a past as a professional wrestler is being hailed by police for thwarting what could have been a very deadly shooting.
The Tampa Police Department this week released security footage from outside Mons Venus strip club in Tampa, Florida -- where, over the weekend, one man was arrested after allegedly attempting to enter the establishment with a red devil's mask on and a raised, fully-loaded firearm.
In the video, suspect Michael Rudman appears to be seen arriving to the club around 1:15am on Sunday, March 19, per authorities. As he opened the door to go inside, security guard Manny Resto is said to have spotted the gun in his hand, grabbed it and started to fight with Rudman in the entryway. As the pair fought, the gun dropped to the ground, before Resto picked it up and pointed it at the suspect -- who then charged Resto.
Eventually, Resto appeared to knock Rudman in the head with his own gun, before he and two other security guards -- including Danny Baham -- held the man down until authorities arrived.
Speaking with the Tampa Bay Times, Resto -- who previously wrestled as the "Puerto Rican Punisher" -- said he "knew I was in a fight for my life" at the time.
"I decided that he was not going to enter the club and hurt anybody," he added. "I wasn't going to let this happen. I was not going to let him win."
During the incident, one round was fired from the gun, but nobody was injured by the bullet. Per police, one of the three security guards involved in detaining Rudman suffered only minor injuries.
When police arrived, they said they discovered "two additional fully loaded magazines in his pocket, along with additional ammunition, knives, and firearm holsters in Rudman's truck." Tampa PD also shared that Rudman had the words "KILL" and "DARKK ONE" tattooed on his arms.
Rudman is facing charges of Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon, Battery, Aggravated Battery with a Deadly Weapon and Purchasing, Possessing, or Receiving a Firearm While Under a Risk Protection Order (RPO).
In Florida, a RPO is a court order "temporarily restricting a person's access to firearms for up to one year in situations where the person poses a significant danger of harming himself/herself or others by possessing a firearm." Rudman had been served one last year.
Though police said they don't know Rudman's motive at this time, they said he had visited the club the previous night.
"There is no question that the security guards who disarmed this suspect saved dozens of lives through their heroic acts," said Interim Police Chief Lee Bercaw. "I am thankful that our officers were able to take this individual into custody before he had a chance to carry out whatever he had planned."
Rudman is currently being held at Falkenburg Road Jail without bond.
Five children were rescued after getting "lost in this sewer system."
A dispatcher for the New York City Fire Department received a call from an unlikely location this week: the sewers.
Around 6pm on Tuesday, Fire Alarm Dispatcher Moises Arias answered a cry for help from Staten Island. When Arias asked for the address of their emergency, a child on the line responded, "We don't know. We're, like, we're stuck in the sewers."
"You're stuck where?!" asked the clearly surprised dispatcher, as the kid reiterated, "In the sewers." When asked to give more detail, one of the five boys added, "It's like a tunnel where all the pipes are."
The kids explained that they wound up underground after going through a tunnel near a cemetery, the zoo and Clove Lakes. They added that they "walked a lot" to wind up at their current location, before they could start hearing police sirens nearby. It was then the dispatcher told the kids to start screaming and yelling for help, while reassuring the children that help was en route and didn't pass them by. Moments later, first responders got a visual and pulled the kids to safety.
In a press conference, authorities revealed the full call with dispatcher lasted for about a half hour, adding that they believe the kids had been in the tunnel "for about an hour." They said they believe the kids became "disoriented" after entering the system -- and said it was "amazing" that their cell phone had service.
"We got a call for kids in a manhole. The water level was low, so they were able to go right in. They got lost in this sewer system," FDNY Deputy Chief Joe Harris said in a release.
"The dispatchers were able to get critical information from the children about where they had entered. We found their belongings at the entrance and this is where Rescue 5 began their search."
Saying it was a "tight space" that required responding officers to "crouch down and then crawl," Harris said other manholes along the same street were then opened for additional access points. "A member from Ladder 79 opened a manhole and found four of the children. Another child was further down the line with an injured leg," he added, saying the kids had "traveled about a quarter mile before we found them."
Arias thanked coworker Marlind Haxhialiu for hopping onto the call, as he was more familiar with the area and was able to name landmarks that helped find their location.
"We told them to start shouting for help. I kept trying to reassure them and keep them calm," said Haxhialiu. "When I spoke to the kids, they were very frantic. I was asking them questions that would narrow down a specific location where they had entered the sewer system, based on my knowledge of that area. I was able to determine where they had entered."
"I'm glad everyone was able to work together to rescue these five children," he concluded.
The 44-year-old model took to Instagram to share a video of her 2019 vow renewal ceremony filmed by the "Die Hard" icon's ex-wife Demi Moore amid his ongoing health battles.
"On our 10th wedding anniversary we decided to renew our vows in the same place we said 'I do' back in 2009," the CocoBaba founder captioned the post. "I'm so happy we did. Seize every opportunity to unite and celebrate with family and friends. Those are the moments and beautiful pockets of memories that you get to hold on to for a lifetime. And we get to keep those memories safe and alive for the ones that might not be able to 💌"
In addition to Moore's videography skills, Bruce and Demi's daughters, Rumer and Scout Willis sang during the ceremony while the couple's own children Mabel and Evelyn served as flower girls.
Emma set the video to Coldplay's "Fix You" which accompanied a series of photos and videos of the happy family celebrating their love.
The vow renewal footage comes a few days after the mom of two marked her 14th anniversary with "The Sixth Sense" actor on Monday. Emma also shared a tribute for Bruce's 68th birthday to Instagram just a day before their wedding anniversary.
Following Willis' frontotemporal dementia diagnosis and aphasia diagnosis, the entire blended family has banded together to support the Hollywood star.
Back in February, in a joint statement made by Emma, Mabel, Evelyn, Moore, Rumer, Scout and Tallulah Willis, the family opened up about his condition following the news of his aphasia.
"As a family, we wanted to take this opportunity to thank you all for the outpouring of love and compassion for Bruce over the past ten months," they wrote at the time. "Your generosity of spirit has been overwhelming, and we are tremendously grateful for it. For your kindness, and because we know you love Bruce as much as we do, we wanted to give you an update."
They concluded their statement by saying Willis "has always found joy in life – and has helped everyone he knows to do the same. It has meant the world to see that sense of care echoed back to him and to all of us. We have been so moved by the love you have all shared for our dear husband, father, and friend during this difficult time. Your continued compassion, understanding, and respect will enable us to help Bruce live as full a life as possible."
The Netflix series -- which is a prequel to "Bridgerton" -- follows Charlotte's "rise to prominence and power" and how her marriage to George "sparked both a great love story and a societal shift."
"Bridgerton" fans, rejoice -- Netflix has released the official trailer for the highly-anticipated "Bridgerton" prequel series, "Queen Charlotte: A Bridgerton Story."
On Thursday, the streamer dropped the first full-length trailer for the six-episode series, which tells Queen Charlotte's origin story, and details her romance and marriage to King George, taking place many years before the events of "Bridgerton."
Per Netflix, the series is "centered on Queen Charlotte's rise to prominence and power" and "tells the story of how the young Queen's marriage to King George sparked both a great love story and a societal shift, creating the world of the Ton inherited by the characters in 'Bridgerton.'"
"Queen Charlotte: A Bridgerton Story" stars both Golda Rosheuvel and India Amarteifio as older and younger versions of the titular royal, respectively, and introduces Corey Mylchreest as Young King George and Arsema Thomas as Young Lady Danbury. Meanwhile, Adjoa Andoh and Ruth Gemmell will reprise their "Bridgerton" roles as Lady Danbury and Lady Violet Bridgerton.
The trailer begins with Amarteifio's Charlotte preparing for her arranged marriage to King George (Mylchreest), and adjusting to her life as a royal. While Charlotte seems apprehensive at first, she and George ultimately fall in love, with the trailer showing footage of their whirlwind romance, including steamy love scenes. It is a "Bridgerton" spinoff, after all.
"You are breathtaking. You break rules, cause scandal," George tells Charlotte, adding that she's "the most royal person [he's] ever known."
"It is you and me," Charlotte says at another point. "Together."
However, as shown in the trailer, Charlotte and George face challenges in their marriage as there is seemingly a secret that comes between them. Amid their romance, Charlotte also navigates the power dynamics and politics of the country in her new role as queen.
Meanwhile, per the footage, the series will also detail how Charlotte's friendship with Lady Agatha Danbury first came to be.
Watch the trailer for "Queen Charlotte: A Bridgerton Story," above.
Unlike the "Bridgerton" series, "Queen Charlotte" isn't based on one of Julia Quinn's books -- well, it wasn't initially. Last month, it was announced that Quinn and series showrunner Shonda Rhimes collaborated to write a novel inspired by the upcoming series.
"Queen Charlotte," the novel, will be released on May 9, following the May 4 release of the Netflix show.
Following a cheating scandal involving her long-term boyfriend, Tom Sandoval and her "Vanderpump Rules" co-star Raquel Leviss, the reality star has found herself a new role in Lifetime's "Buying Back My Daughter."
Per Deadline, the movie is based on the true story of a mother who discovers her missing daughter is sex trafficked on an escort website. Madix will take on the part of Karen, a detective with a personal connection to the disappearance assigned to investigate the case.
In addition to the 37-year-old, the film will also star Meagan Good, Faith Wright and Roger Cross.
Ariana's casting comes after she reportedly dumped Sandoval after discovering the alleged affair, which TMZ reported began last summer. The two were together for nine years before the split.
Sandoval issued an apology to Madix through a statement posted to Instagram. In it, the 39-year-old reality star admitted, "I dishonored Ariana." He went on to say he never meant to disappoint anyone, and concluded that he has work to do on himself.
"I wish things had happened in a different order and our relationship was not severely tarnished, and that it ended with the same respect with for her that it began with," Sandoval wrote at the time. "I owed Ariana better."
"The choices I made hurt so many people," Sandoval noted, without detailing any of those choices. "I acted in a way that clashes with who and how I want to be."
Following the news, the former couple's "Vanderpump Rules" co-stars sounded off on social media to react to the shocking affair earlier this month.
"Hope you all feel as sick as I do. This explains everything," James Kennedy captioned a photo of an article detailing the scandal. He then added in a comment, "read it and weep. Toms a f---ing creep!"
Lala Kent also chimed in on and responded to a fan in the comments section of James' post.
After the user seemingly referred to Sandoval and Raquel as "vile subhumans," James wrote at the time, "CORRECT," before Lala added, "I've been telling y'all. Everyone said I was a 'bully.' It's called YOU TRIGGER ME AND I SEE YOU FOR WHO YOU ARE! I've known these two are disgusting from the jump."

"My name is Angela," the reality star captioned her Instagram post, which comes after she dissolved her face fillers, and had a breast and butt reduction.
On Wednesday, the reality star -- born Angela Renée White -- shared a compilation video to Instagram that featured clips and photos from her visit to Forbes' offices.
In the video, Chyna -- who looked chic in a black, bedazzled Versace blazer dress -- can be seen flaunting her new look as this comes after the model dissolved her face fillers, and had a breast and butt reduction.
"Sound on 🔊My name is Angela 😇 @forbes," Chyna captioned the video, which was set to Jay-Z's song, "The Story of O.J."
Fans praised the 34-year-old and her new era in the comments section of her post.
"Watching you re-introducing yourself as YOU...blessings on your journey. 👏🏾You look amazing!!!!" a user wrote.
"It's the soft and peaceful era 😍😍 love it," a person commented, while another fan said, "Her journey is making me so happy 🙌."
Chyna has been taking fans through her "life changing journey."
Earlier this month, Chyna revealed she underwent surgery to reduce her breasts and butt. The "Rob & Chyna" alum posted a series of videos on Instagram, in which she documented the process behind the procedures.
Then last week, Chyna shared that she decided to get her facial fillers removed (including cheeks, jawline and lips) -- again posting footage on Instagram.
In the video, in which she took fans with her into the doctor's office, the former OnlyFans star said, "I am ready to get back to Angela [her birth name]. Blac Chyna is Blac Chyna and I feel like I've outgrown that and it's time for a change."
On Monday, Chyna revealed on Instagram that she went back for "Round 2," as she had even more of her enhancements removed. After documenting her trip to the doctor, Chyna shared that she may have to return for a third or even fourth round of treatments, saying that because she's been "getting fillers for years ... it's like layers and layers and layers of it."
The return to a more natural look comes with some other changes as well.
Chyna recently revealed on the "Jason Lee Show" that she was stepping away from OnlyFans after reportedly earning $240 million in 2021 on the NSFW platform.
"I don't do OnlyFans anymore -- I don't do it anymore at all," she said. "I'm just changing everything about me."
"It's a dead end. All that stuff is a dead end, and I know that I'm worth way more than that," she explained.
She also cited being a mother to King Cairo, 10, and Dream Kardashian, 6, as inspiration for the change as she wanted to set "an example" for them.
Manchester United Football Club have been charged by the English Football Association for its players lack of discipline.
The Red Devils were accused of failing to control their players in the FA Cup quater final game against Fulham at Old Trafford on Sunday, March 26th, 2023, surrounding referee Chris Kavanagh for Willian's handling of the ball on the line and preventing Jadon Sancho's ball from going in.
The statement from the FA read thus;
Manchester United has been charged after its players surrounded a match official during the 71st minute of the FA Cup tie against Fulham on Sunday 19 March.
The FA had earlier charged Fulham's manager and striker Mitrovic and Silva, also for indiscipline with the Serbian in danger of receiving a lengthy ban.
"I remember when I found out she was pregnant ... I was like, 'Dang, man,'" the TV host said of Milian, who is a mom of three.
Nick Cannon -- who is a father of 12 -- has revealed there is one ex-girlfriend whom he wishes became a baby mama.
In a recent interview with The Shade Room, the TV personality admitted that he regrets not having children with Christina Milian when they dated back in the early 2000s, sharing that they discussed potentially expanding their family when they were together.
'"If I say this, I know it's gonna go viral," Cannon said. "When Christina Milian and I were doing 'Love Don't Cost a Thing,' I remember when I found out she was pregnant [years later] ... I was like, 'Dang, man."'
"But I was so happy for her," the comedian added of his ex, who is a mother of three. "I remember we [were] kids in love early on, and so we talked about that. But to each his own. Life plans it out. The universe gives it how it's supposed to be given."
Cannon, 42, and Milian, 41, first met on the set of 2003's "Love Don't Cost a Thing." The former couple dated for two and a half years before Milian broke up with Cannon after she learned he was unfaithful.
While speaking with E! News back in 2019, Milian opened up about discovering Cannon had cheated on her after she hacked into his phone.
"When I was dating Nick Cannon, the password somehow worked on the first check and I was right and the next thing you know, I was reading for like a month. I was reading messages," she said.
The singer added that she was "stuck in Romania" then and wanted to "bust him in person."
"So in the meantime, I'm going to get my intel, make sure this is for real for real and it was for real so it was enough,'" she said.
The "Resort to Love" actress -- who called Cannon her "first love" -- said the shocking revelation of the comedian's infidelity "blew [her] away."
"We were just so close that I think at that time, I couldn't deal with the idea that if we ended up breaking up, I wasn't going to get to see him again. So I wanted to be able to see him in person, go over it -- not like it would change anything -- but part of me was like he was my first love," she told E! News. "It was unreal that it was happening. He was living at my house. Right under my roof this is happening? It just kind of blew me away."
Cannon later apologized for his infidelity.
"The Masked Singer" host and Milian split in 2005. Fast forward nearly two decades later, Milian is married to French singer Matt Pokora. The couple shares two sons: Isaiah, 3, and Kenna, who was born in April 2021. Milian also shares 12-year-old daughter Violet with ex-husband The-Dream.
Meanwhile, Cannon has 12 children with six different women.
The "Wild 'N Out" host shares 11-year-old twins Morrocan and Monroe with ex-wife Mariah Carey. Cannon is also dad to sons Golden and Rise Messiah, as well as daughter Powerful Queen with Brittany Bell, son Legendary with Bre Tiesi, daughter Onyx with LaNisha Cole and three children -- daughter Beautiful and twin boys Zion and Zillion -- with Abby De La Rosa.
Cannon most recently welcomed his 12th child, daughter Halo Marie, with Alyssa Scott in December. He and the model were also parents to son Zen, who passed away at five months from a brain tumor in 2021.
The Coldplay frontman revealed he adopted Bruce Springsteen's diet plan after noticing he looked more in shape at 73 to his 46 years of age.
Chris Martin is opening up about his own unconventional diet plan.
During an appearance on the "Conan O'Brien Needs a Friend" podcast, the 46-year-old Coldplay frontman revealed he doesn't "have dinner anymore" after he noticed Bruce Springsteen, 73, "was in better shape than him."
"I actually don't have dinner anymore. I stop eating at four and I learned that from having lunch with Bruce Springsteen," he revealed.
Following their performance at a Philadelphia concert last June, Martin was taken aback by the "I'm on Fire" singer's amazing physique and asked about his regimen when they went out for lunch.
"I was on a really strict diet anyway. But I was like, 'Bruce looks even more in shape than me,'" the "Yellow" singer recalled. "And Patti [Springsteen's wife] said he's only eating one meal a day. I was like, 'Well, there we go. That's my next challenge.'"
Martin joked that his single meal consisted of a "flank of buffalo with a steroid sauce."
The Grammy Award winner's comments on his eating habits come after his ex-wife Gwyneth Paltrow went under fire for her controversial wellness routine and "almond mom" diet.
The 50-year-old goop founder faced backlash after she shared her daily meal and fitness plan during a recent appearance on Dear Media's "The Art of Being Well" podcast. Many fans on TikTok criticized Paltrow, claiming that her meal plan glorified disordered eating habits.
She told host Dr. Will Cole, that as a part of her current "wellness routine" she'll often fast till lunchtime or will stick to consuming "some things that won't spike [her] blood sugar," like a cup of coffee.
When noon rolls around, the "Iron Man" actress shared, "I really like soup for lunch," and revealed that most days, her soup of choice is a simple bone broth. Following her breakfast of coffee and lunch of broth, Paltrow gets active, she explained, "[I] try to do one hour of movement, so I'll either take a walk or I'll do pilates or I'll do my Tracy Anderson."
After breaking a sweat, the actress then dry brushes her body before stepping into an infrared sauna for 30 minutes.
As for dinner, Gwyneth eats early in the evening in order to intermittent fast, "And then for dinner, I try to eat, you know, according to paleo. So, lots of vegetables. It's really important for me to support my detox," she added.
On Tuesday's episode, one of the contestants -- an Aloha shirt-wearing man named Fred -- revealed he was a drama teacher, bar trivia host and professional wrestler. He shared he didn't get paid a whole lot for that latter gig, but was in it "for the fun."
The contestant did so well on the show that Sajak jokingly dubbed the episode "The Fred Fletcher Jackson Show." The host even told Fred's competitors, "To you two, I want to say, it happens sometimes, someone just gets really hot" -- before offering to "body slam" Jackson on behalf of the losers.
"It very rarely happens that we get someone who just swept everything," Sajak told him ahead of the final round -- which he also solved correctly, leading to an impressive total of $75,800.
As Fred celebrated his win, Sajak then ran back onto the stage, pulled the contestant's arm behind his back and attempted to put him in a headlock.
After his big win and totally perfect game, Jackson said he was "shellshocked" by his winnings.
"I honestly didn't expect to get even one, let alone all of them," he said in a backstage interview with Pat's 28-year-old daughter Maggie Sajak. "Dreams can come true, because mine just did."
Maggie also asked what Fred thought of her dad's "wrestling skills," with Jackson saying, "He got me. Genuinely, I was trying to counter his hammer lock that he had me in. I wasn't going anywhere."
The boy's parents and grandparents also wrote letters to the judge and the family of slain 13-year-old cheerleader Tristyn Bailey ahead of sentencing.
In an attempt to sway the judge into giving admitted-killer Aiden Fucci a lighter sentence, the 16-year-old teen himself, as well as his parents and grandmother all crafted statements begging for leniency.
News4Jax in Florida obtained the letters filed by Fucci's defense team ahead of his sentencing hearings this week. In them, Fucci addresses the family of his victim, Tristyn Bailey, as well as his own parents and the community at large.
In a hand-written letter to the judge dated March 12, 2023, he began, "My name is Aiden Fucci, I am 16 years old."
"First off I want to say that I'm sorry. I'm sorry for all the pain I caused to the Baily [sic] family. I sorry to the friends, brothers, sisters, mom, dad and any other family relatives. I'm sorry that you didn't get to know her that long. You did not have any long relationships with Tristen [sic] and for that I'm sorry," he wrote.
"For the community, I'm sorry I brought all this pain on everybody and I'm sorry and I know my apology will not fix anything or bring her back but I hope it help in some way," he continued, before then addressing his father.
"And for my dad, I'm sorry that he had a bad spot in his work because of me. I miss being outdoors with my dad and brothers. I miss the fun we had like four-wheeling, paint-balling, going on the long car trips ... Dad your [sic] special because you made fun out of nothing. Love you."
To his mom, he said he felt bad she had to move "people were sending threats to the house and my family ... and that my little brother and sister had to change schools because of me." He added, "Mom now I miss your lemon paper chicken. I miss your hugs. I miss you. The longer I'm in here, the more I forget, the more memories I lose. I'll never forget you love me."

Also included was a statement from Aiden's father, Jason, dated February 22, 2023.
"There are no words to right this wrong. Those words don't exist in this situation. All we can do is express the absolute sorrow we feel within ourselves as parents and for everyone impacted by what occurred," he wrote. "Aiden truly is a kind and caring boy who has the love and support of an entire community of family ... this tragedy blindsided all of us."
After noting many "positive and happy memories" he has of his son, he concluded the message by asking for the court's "compassion and mercy" in sentencing.
Aiden's mother wrote a message as well, in which she said she grieves "for the devastating loss of Tristyn, I grieve for the subsequent arrest of my son and I grieve for the irreparable agony inflicted on the Bailey family, as well as all other friends and families effected. Most of all, however, I grieve for Stacy Bailey as a mother."
She too asked the judge to "show Aiden mercy" and added, "he is not beyond saving."
Crystal also wrote a letter directly to the Bailey family, saying that while she has never met them before she wanted to "express my deepest condolences for the tragic loss of your daughter." Promising to think of Tristyn "every day for the rest of my life," she added that she understands her son "robbed" them of seeing their daughter's future. "As his mother, I cannot and have never stopped loving Aiden, but I understand that my love for him cannot change what has happened."
She concluded: "I understand your family is forever scarred, but I also wanted you to know that we grieve with you. My prayers go out to you and your family."
The boy's grandmother also said she knew there was still "some good in Aiden," but couldn't comprehend "what [built up] in him to make him want to do something so terrible. She shared her belief that with proper counseling and therapy "he can be rehabilitated." To the judge, she added, "Please don't take him out of our lives forever."
Fucci was just 14 when his classmate was killed on Mother's Day 2021. The teenage victim was stabbed 114 times, with 49 defensive stab wounds to the hands, arms and head. The tip of a knife used to attack her broke off and was "located by the medical examiner in the scalp" of the victim.
The teen pleaded guilty to first-degree murder in February. He faces at least 40 years in prison; because he was a minor at the time of the crime he's not eligible for the death penalty.

Verse 1 Some girls like roses and a man saying sorry by the dozen To heal the heartbreak up, and Some girls like a letter on a windshield, pouring out his feelings When it's all hit the ceiling But I know something even better I could try, so I'm out here soaking up your porch light glow With an apology in my left hand Hope it tastes like a second chance
Chorus 'Cause I'm here to say sorry with a to-the-top glass of that Napa Valley vine Cabernet Girl, I couldn't go to bed, let another second pass without you and mе being okay So, let's get to thе bottom of these problems and this bottle before that moonlight quits And turn this wine into water under the bridge
Verse 2 A little olive branch romance, drink it off our minds Till that twenty minute fight's ancient history Baby, I just hope you'll forgive me I'm tipsy, come kiss me, by the time it's empty
Chorus 'Cause I'm here to say sorry with a to-the-top glass of that Napa Valley vine Cabernet Girl, I couldn't go to bed, Let another second pass without you and me being okay So, let's get to the bottom of these problems and This bottle before that moonlight quits And turn this wine into water under the bridge
Bridge And I know Girl, I'm probably walking on a tightrope But I can see you holding back a smile, so What you say we don't stop till we get to the last drop?
Chorus 'Cause I'm here to say sorry with a to-the-top glass of that Napa Valley vine Cabernet Girl, I couldn't go to bed, Let another second pass without you and me being okay So, let's get to the bottom of these problems and This bottle before that moonlight quits And turn this wine into water under the bridge And turn this wine into water under the bridge

Jewel says she grew up thinking her alcoholic, abusive father was an easy "bad guy," only learning in her 30s that her mother was also abusive, "just in another way."
Jewel is getting candid about both her life and the financial struggles she endured even after she became a multi-platinum recording artist.
On the latest episode of the "Verywell Mind" podcast, the singer claimed that her mother had embezzled an incredible sum of her money, saddling her with an almost equally shocking amount of debt.
"I didn't really realize what my mom was until I was 30-something. I woke up and realized she embezzled all of my money, over $100 million," Jewel told host Amy Morin, per Us Weekly. Shortly after, she realized it wasn't just the loss of her money, she was also in debt.
It was at that moment she realized "everything I thought my mom was, isn't what she was," which she said is still a "very difficult psychological thing to come to terms with."
Jewel and her mother, Leandra Carroll, have been estranged since the early 2000s, per ET. At one time, Carroll served as her daughter's business manager. Jewel said that an investigation uncovered the embezzlement, but did not offer any further details. Carroll has not commented on Jewel's claims.
She talked about how throughout most of her life, and certainly in the years after her parents divorced when she was 8 years old, she had painted them with two very broad brushes. Her alcoholic, abusive father was an easy "bad guy." Her mother was thus painted as the "good" one.
She said that her mother had told her that her father had stolen her and her three brothers away from her, but that wasn't the case. "As I started investigating the truth about what my mom had told me in my life versus what was true, I had realized that pretty much everything I formed my reality on was a fiction."
"My dad didn't take us away from my mom. He actually did a good thing and didn't steal us. I thought he had stolen us or was blackmailing my mom to not have us," she continued. "[I] actually realized my mom left us because she didn't want to be a mom. Having to go back as a 34-year-old and re-work your psyche was not fun, but so powerful."
Despite the fact she iived with her father, Jewel said she would hitchhike 500 miles to see her mother. "She was the opposite of my dad. My dad was this volatile alcoholic that hit me," she recalled. "My mom seemed like the opposite. She was calm, she was soft, she never yelled, obviously never hit me."
What she didn't know at the time, and wouldn't fully realize until she was in her 30s, was that she "was being abused in another way at the time."
She shared a very specific story about her mother talking to her about how powerful her mind was and perhaps it was just powerful enough to turn off a light if she just sat there and stared at it.
"That is such an abusive, effed up thing to say, but I felt so loved," Jewel said. "What it actually was was my mom didn't want to stay there and be with me, and she babysat me by having me watch light bulbs."
Ultimately, as she has previously chronicled, Jewel left home at 15 years old and experienced temporary homelessness on her way to worldwide fame in the 1990s. You can check out the whole podcast below.
