See How Nigerians Reacted to Super Eagles Defeat Against Guinea-Bissau

The Super Eagles of Nigeria have lost the first leg of their doubleheader match against Guinea as they seek to book qualification for the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations.

This is coming off the team's failure to qualify for the Qatar 2022 FIFA World Cup which saw them lose their spot to the Black Stars of Ghana. Nigerians had high hopes going into the game following the form of Napoli's forward man Victor Osimhen in the Serie A. Guinea-Bissau silenced the home crowd when they scored the opening goal in the 29th minute of the game.

Some Nigerians have blamed the M.K.O Abiola Stadium for the lack of victory in recent games, they believe that the Stadium is cursed. However, the 2013 AFCON Champions will hope they can get a victory in the second leg which will be played on Monday, March 27th, 2023. The game ended 1-0, which means the Super Eagles have lost four consecutive games for the first time in history.

Bayern Munich Confirm Thomas Tuchel's Appointment as its New Manager

The former manager of Chelsea Football Club, Thomas Tuchel has been confirmed as the new manager of Bayern Munich.

The Bundesliga club confirmed the termination of Julian Nagelsmann's contract on its official website on Friday, March 24th, 2023. They also confirmed the appointment of Tuchel as the club's new manager in the same publication.

Tuchel was recently sacked by the new owners of Chelsea following an off-the-field incident according to reports from Stamford Bridge. He signed a contract that will keep him at Bayern until June 2025.

TUCHEL'S EXPERIENCE

The German led the Blues to win their second UEFA Champions League title at the expense of Manchester City in 2021 with just six months in charge of the London club. He went on to win the European Super Cup and the Club World Cup and was voted World Coach of the Year in 2021.

Tuchel was the manager of Paris St. Germain for almost three years. He won the French title in 2018/19 and 2019/2020 as well as the French Cup and League Cup in 2020. In August 2020 his PSG side reached the final of the Champions League tournament in Lisbon, losing to FC Bayern.

He will also bring his experience in the Bundesliga to Bayern having managed Mainz 05 from 2009 to 2014, then for Borussia Dortmund for two years (2015 – 2017). In 2017 he won the DFB Cup with Dortmund.

Mama June Shannon Reflects On Marriage to 'Best Friend' Justin Stroud on First Anniversary

The reality star expressed her gratitude toward her husband for being there for her during the past year, acknowledging that her situation can be "hard to deal with at times."

Mama June Thompson is honoring her husband, Justin Stroud, on their first wedding anniversary.

On Thursday, the reality star took to Instagram to mark the special milestone by sharing a heartfelt message to her husband. Alongside a series of photos of herself and Stroud, Mama June reflected on their past year together, expressing her gratitude toward her husband for being there for her during "good" times and "bad."

"To the person that [is] the most imperfect person but the most perfect person in my eyes HAPPY 1ST ANNIVERSARY today," she began, calling Stroud her "best friend."

"A lot of people didn't want us together or thought we wouldn't not [sic] make it but we have been through ALOT to say the least," Mama June added.

The "Here Comes Honey Boo Boo" alum said she and Stroud have dealt with problems "that most would not b able handle," noting that they've "figure[d] out every situation together."

"I have never experienced that before so it has been very nice," she admitted.

Continuing her post, the "Mama June: Road to Redemption" star praised her husband for supporting her during tough times.

"I know i don't tell you tell u enough lately with everything going that u are amazing," she wrote. "I appreciate u for being with everything when I know it's hard to deal with at times but I'm glad u r with me and girls to help with it."

She shared that she "can't wait to see what the future holds" as she "knows" that through "all the good the bad whatever life throws at either of us we will get [through] it together."

Mama June then concluded her post by thanking Stroud for "allowing me to experiencing [sic] true love" for the first time, and for loving her for being her "corny goody self."

The former TLC star is mom to four daughters: Alana "Honey Boo Boo" Thompson, 17, Lauryn "Pumpkin" Elfird, 23, Jessica "Chubbs" Shannon, 26, and Anna "Chickadee" Cardwell, 28.

Throughout the past year, Mama June and her family have been through ups and downs.

Last September, Mama June was hospitalized after suffering from severe headaches and dizziness. According to TMZ at the time, the 43-year-old stressed that the unknown medical condition that caused the symptoms was unrelated to her past struggles with substance abuse.

Earlier this month, Mama June's youngest daughter, Alana Thompson, made headlines after her boyfriend, Dralin Carswell, was arrested for a DUI. Alana was in the car at the time.

Meanwhile, as for highlights from the past year, Mama June and Stroud tied the knot last March in a courthouse ceremony in Georgia. The couple then said "I Do" for a second time in a beach wedding in Panama City, Florida last month.

WE tv cameras filmed the ceremony, as the footage will air on the new season of "Mama June: Family Crisis," which premieres in May.

In a statement to WE tv at the time, Mama June said the wedding marked "the first time the family had all been together since 2014."

"It was really special to get married in a place where my family and I have had so many memories," she gushed. "All four of my girls walked me down to Justin, and his mom walked him down the aisle."

How Vanderpump Rules Cast Reacted After 'Confrontational' Reunion Taping

Ariana Madix was spotted booing Raquel Leviss, Andy called it "emotional" and Lala Kent was ready to "crawl into a hole and sob and scream."

Just a few weeks after Ariana Madix split from her boyfriend Tom Sandoval of nine years after discovering his seven month affair with Raquel Leviss, the cast of "Vanderpump Rules" sat down to film their highly-anticipated reunion special.

The group sat down together on Thursday, filming in two different groups to separate Kent from Scheana Shay, who legally can't be within 100 yards of Leviss thanks to a restraining order. While most of them didn't post much as cameras rolled, many of the cast turned to social media after they wrapped filming.

The only one to share some footage while recording the reunion itself was Andy Cohen, who shared a video with Lisa Vanderpump -- teasing how there will be no stone left unturned by flashing a huge stack of questions the moderator was preparing to ask.

"It might be a sleepover," Vanderpump quipped, noting the material the special was intending to cover. Cohen also shared a coy video on his Instagram Story that teased Madix's show stopping outfit that will make her ex's "eyes bleed."

"Ariana, is it safe to say you're wearing a revenge dress today?" the 54-year-old asked slyly, to which the newly single reality star replied off camera, "I think it certainly looks that way, huh?"

Vanderpump commented on the spicy nature of Ariana's unseen dress too, adding, "I think it's half a revenge dress. Look at it."

Following the taping, the "Watch What Happens Live" host posted another clip to his Story where he called the reunion "really confrontational" and "really emotional."

"Nothing was left unsaid and I got some new merch to go along with my TomTom sweatshirt from Raquel," the Bravo mogul said, while sporting a "Something About Her" t-shirt.

Cohen wasn't the only one who was feeling the effects of the emotional reunion.

Ariana, Kristen Doute and Scheana Shay headed out to the bar following the taping. Doute posted a video of her former co-stars sharing a drink with the caption, "I love you girls and I'm so f---ing proud of you. #teamariana."

In her subsequent post, the 40-year-old told fans she needed to "decompress" after returning home.

Scheana shared Doute's sentiments and showed her support for Madix on her own Instagram Story. Shay and Madix held matching espresso martinis as the 37-year-old declared, "We did it," before telling Ariana "love you" and sharing a kiss.

Also present at the festivities was former costar Dayna Kathan, who shared video to her Story showing the entire group -- including a very enthusiastic Ariana -- booing the television inside the bar as video of Raquel was shown on the screen.

Like her "Vanderpump Rules" castmates, Lala Kent called it the "most exhausting reunion I've ever done in my life" and claimed she needed to sage her house and pray before heading to bed.

"I'm drained, I feel like I want to crawl into a hole and sob and scream, but I'm happy to be home now with my little one, crawl in bed, watch Seinfeld and just regroup," she continued. "Maybe sage and pray and palo santo."

As their supposed feud continues to make headlines (again), the "Only Murders In the Building" star took to her Instagram Story to address some of the online trolls, after Bieber herself apparently connected with Gomez.

"Hailey Bieber reached out to me and let me know that she has been receiving death threats and such hateful negativity," shared Selena. "This isn't what I stand for. No one should have to experience hate or bullying."

"I've always advocated for kindness and really want this all to stop," she concluded.

This statement comes recently after Selena announced that she decided to take a break from social media, following her recent drama with both Hailey and Kylie Jenner. "I'm 30 and am too old for this," she said at the time, adding that the situation was "a little silly."

The feud headlines were revived after followers felt Bieber and Jenner were making fun of Gomez on TikTok -- though Kylie was adamant they meant "no shade towards selena."

A resurfaced clip of Bieber gagging at the mention of Taylor Swift's name on "Drop the Mic" also earned a comment from Gomez, who fiercely stood by her longtime friend and generated more media coverage in the process.

In a recent interview Vanity Fair, Gomez also revealed she handed off her social media accounts to her assistant after going through a rough breakup and she was "inundated" with mean comments.

She continued, "People can call me ugly or stupid and I'm like, Whatever. But these people get detailed. They write paragraphs that are so specific and mean. I would constantly be crying. I constantly had anxiety…I couldn't do it anymore. It was a waste of my time."

The "Good For You" singer revealed the only social media app she has on her phone is TikTok as she finds it to be "a little less hostile."

"There are wonderful things about social media—connecting with fans, seeing how happy and excited they are and their stories," Gomez said.

Previously, Hailey and Selena dismissed any beef between the two when they posed together for a photo in October -- after years of fans on either side pitting them against one another over their relationships with Justin Bieber.

Radio Host Jeffrey Vandergrift's Wife Says 'Heart Is Crushed' After His Body Is Discovered

His body was found in the San Francisco Bay one month after he went missing; the medical examiner said there's "no evidence of foul play."

The wife of radio DJ Jeffrey Vanderfgrift is in mourning, after the San Francisco medical examiner's office confirmed his body was found in the water of the San Francisco Bay on Tuesday.

Though a cause of death has not yet been reported, the San Francisco Police Department also confirmed that there's "no evidence of foul play." The discovery of the WiLD 94.9 personality's body comes almost one month to the day he was last seen at his home on February 23. At the time of his disappearance he was described as "at-risk" by police.

"I struggle to write this to you as I can barely breathe or see through the pain and tears. As many of you have already heard, the SFPD found JV," Vandergrift's wife Natasha Yi shared to Instagram on Friday morning. "Every moment he was missing was agonizing for me. But the pain I feel now is something I have never felt before. My heart is crushed, and I cannot see myself ever moving forward, ever feeling joy or being at peace."

"Out of respect for JV and his entire family, I will not share too many details right now," she continued. "I am devastated that the love of my life is gone. But what I do know is that JV loved his work and he loved connecting with all of you. He loved his family, and I know he loved me as much as I love him. Our bond was truly unmatched."

She said that her husband "did not want to leave any of us," before asking for privacy.

"I know all of you cared for and loved JV, so please continue to keep him in your thoughts and prayers," she concluded. "Remember his laugh, kindness and the immense impact he had on many of you and our entire community. JV, my love, I will cherish the time we had together and will miss you until the day I see you again."

The radio station for which Vandergrift worked also released a statement reading, "With a heavy heart, we must confirm that the body found near Pier 39 on Wednesday afternoon has been identified as our dear friend, family member & colleague, JV. We are devastated to know now that JV is gone. Please keep his wife Natasha, his family, and close friends in your thoughts and prayers."

Before he went missing, Vandergrift opened up in detail about being diagnosed with Lyme disease and the mental and physical effects it had on him, including thoughts of suicide. On air just hours before he went missing he also said, "The body and the pain and all that stuff, I can handle. What it's doing to my brain I could never describe to you."

Earlier this month, Yi shared to Instagram that "personal information has recently been discovered that leads us to believe JV will not be coming back" and police believed "no foul play is suspected in his disappearance."

She also said that "the amount of compassion for the physical torture J has been going through for the past 2 years has been overwhelming"

Blac Chyna Details How Finding Faith Inspired Her to Reverse Cosmetic Procedures, Quit OnlyFans

"That's just not what God will want me to do. It's kind of degrading," said the reality star, who was baptized on her 34th birthday last May.

Blac Chyna is opening up about what inspired her decision to make drastic changes in her life -- both inside and out.

In an interview with DailyMail.com, the reality star detailed how finding religion kickstarted what she's described as her "life changing journey," in which she quit OnlyFans and has been reversing her cosmetics procedures, including dissolving her face fillers and undergoing a breast and butt reduction.

The outlet also said the 34-year-old is now going by her birth name: Angela White.

Angela recently revealed that she was stepping away from OnlyFans after reportedly earning $240 million in 2021 on the NSFW platform. (However, she told DailyMail.com that she earned approximately $1 million a year, raking in $2 million in two years.)

The model said getting baptized in May 2022 was a "big part" of her decision to step away from OnlyFans.

"I'm not doing OnlyFans anymore. I'm kind of past that," Angela told DailyMail.com. "It is one of those things where I did what I needed to do at that moment because of the circumstances I was in."

"Besides, with me being baptized, that's just not what God will want me to do. It's kind of degrading," continued the "Rob & Chyna" alum, who was baptized on her 34th birthday last May.

"I think my baptism on my birthday played a big part. Everything has been kind of trickling down for me and lining up perfectly," she added. "Now I'm just going by faith. I'm not even really going by like the Blac Chyna way or the Angela way. Let me just let God lead me."

Angela -- who is mom to son King Cairo, 10, and daughter Dream Kardashian, 6, -- also shared that moving forward she "trust[s] God in every step" in her life, and has a Christian support group which has been for her spiritually while she makes drastic changes in her life.

"The Real Blac Chyna" star went on to add that she felt the pull toward Christianity as she wanted to "become whole."

"I just got sick and tired of being sick and tired of the same repetitive things," Angela said. "I thought, 'Let me dig deep and see what it is that I'm doing wrong.' Because obviously there's something I'm not doing right, even if I think I am. Now I'm doing the right thing to the best of my ability so I can become whole."

As for those who may have negative things to say or may cast doubts about her becoming a born-again Christian, she said, "If you don't like it, then you just don't like it. But I will tell you this, there is a God. Nobody can tell you what to do with your religion or your faith or this or that."

"I hope that me coming out will enlighten a lot of people and inspire a lot of people," she added.

Throughout this month, Angela has been taking fans through her "life changing journey" on social media as she's been reversing her cosmetic procedures and returning to a more natural appearance. The mom of two recently revealed she underwent surgery to reduce her breasts and butt. She also decided to get her facial fillers removed.

While speaking to DailyMail.com, Angela described the process as "rewarding."

"Not only am I doing it for myself, but then I'm also encouraging other people that's even thinking about it," she explained, adding she was surprised by how fans reacted to her transformation on social media.

"Everybody's been really, really supportive. When I posted it, I didn't think that it was going to be so massive," Angela said, referring to the clips of herself getting her fillers removed. "Like, I posted at maybe 3:30 in the morning. And I was just healing from my surgery and thought, 'Let me just post these,' and then I went to sleep. I woke up and it had blown up but in a positive way."

"When I saw that, I'm like, 'This makes me want to even be more open and vulnerable with the people so they can see,' she added. "So that's when I documented me, dissolving in my face fillers in the lips."

Looking back at her lip fillers in particular, the star said she may have gotten too much. "It got to a point where my lips were so big, even when I would smile, you still couldn't see my teeth," she said. "Now you can see my teeth ... I have teeth."

While Angela said she's "not against" cosmetics procedures, she encouraged those who are interested to do extensive research beforehand and "make sure you know exactly what you are putting into your body."

She went on to reflect on why she decided to undergo the multiple procedures and get work done in the first place, admitting that has to do with "insecurity.,"

"Basically it's being insecure," Angela said. "As women, we want to look the best and like as fake as possible and plastic and everything needs to be perfect in this and that. But that's not normal, that comes from insecurity and different things of that sort and just being in that certain kind of life and lifestyle."

"So I'm kind of done with that type of lifestyle and I just want to step into my own and own it."

Haaland's father, Alfie the injury to his son might be touch and go. According to him, speaking in an interview with Norway TV 2, he said, Haaland needs a lot of care but the injury might be worse than first feared.

Manchester City fans will hope their striker can be fit in time before the game against Liverpool. Haaland has been in fantastic form this season, scoring eight goals in less than seven games.

Haaland has scored 42 goals for Manchester City so far this season equaling Cristiano Ronaldo's record for the most goals scored by a Premier League player in a season.

Larsa Pippen Defends Wearing Box Braids on Real Housewives of Miami

Friend of the Show Kiki Barth came to Pippen's defense -- saying, "As long as it looks good on you, I think we should just embrace it"

Larsa Pippen is defending her choice to wear her hair in box braids after a fan suggested they weren't "culturally appropriate."

During part three of the reunion episode of "The Real Housewives of Miami," the 48-year-old reality star doubled down on her decision to style her hair that way, after a viewer noticed she had rocked the braids during the cast's trip to the Bahamas.

"Watching the tease for the season, I noticed you were sporting braids in the Bahamas," host Andy Cohen read a fan question. "Fashion-wise, you can pull it off. But do you think it's really culturally appropriate? I think you're going to get a lot of backlash."

Pippen largely disagreed, "I mean, I'm not White," she said. "So I don't know — my mom used to wear braids."

"I have a braider who comes and braids my kids' hair every 10 days ... My son's had braids literally for the last four years," the OnlyFans model said of her children's hair styles. Larsa shares four kids: Scotty Pippen Jr, Sophia, Justin and Preston with her ex-husband Scottie Pippen.

"I'm going on a trip, I don't want to have to deal with my hair, I'll have her braid my hair," she added.

The television personality further defended her history of wearing braids by pointing to her heritage, saying her grandparents are Moroccan while her parents are of Lebanese and Syrian descent.

"My grandparents are Moroccan," Pippen continued. "My mom had braids when she was a kid. I've been braiding my hair every time I've gone on vacation since I can remember. My honeymoon pictures, my hair was braided. When I was 18 years old, my hair was braided. I've always worn braids when I travel."

Friend of the Show Kiki Barth also weighed in on the decision following some probing from Cohen -- saying, "I feel like anybody should rock whatever they want to. As long as it looks good on you, I think we should just embrace it."
