The manager of Barcelona, Xavi Hernandez has equaled the record that was set by Pep Guardiola when he was the manager of the club.
The Spaniard became the first manager in the history of the club since Guardiola to win three Classico games in a row. Guardiola achieved this feat for the Catalonia club when he was in charge in 2011.
Barcelona won the Spanish Super Cup final against Real Madrid 3-1, the first leg of the Copa Del Rey 1-0 and recently the 2-1 victory at the Camp Nou.
Barcelona defeated Real Madrid in both legs of the Classico this season. The victory at the Camp Nou ensure that Barcelona extend their lead over the Galacticos to 12 points.
