Manchester City's forward player, Erling Haaland has been rewarded for his fantastic performance since he moved to the Premier League.
Haaland was voted the best player in the Premier League by the Football Writers Association for this football season. The Norwegian joined the Citizens from Borussia Dortmund during the 2022 summer transfer window for 65 million pounds.
The 22-year-old became the first player to get 82% of the total votes during the Premier League Era which started in 1992. Haaland has scored 35 goals in the league making him the first player to score the number of goals in a single season.
Arsenal's midfield duo of Bukayo Saka and Martin Odeggard finish in second and third place respectively following their fantastic form for the Gunners. Kevin De Bruyne and Marcus Rashford occupy the fourth and fifth place.
