The prolific Nigerian Award is about to host its 16th edition, and entries have started.
Organizers of Nigeria's popular award show Headies have made an announcement calling for entries for its 2023 edition.
The Headies on May 22 called on eligible parties to submit contents that could be considered for the covetous award. As expected, the year in review for its 16th edition starts from January 2022 to March 2023; hence, only musical content released within this time will be eligible for nominations.
The Headies equally made it known that the deadline for the submission window is Friday, June 16, 2023.

The Headies is a music awards show established in 2006 by the Hip Hop World Magazine of Nigeria to recognize outstanding achievements in the Nigerian music industry. The annual ceremony features performances by established and promising artists.
Over the years, it has propelled Nigerian international stars like Wizkid, Burna Boy, Davido, and a lot more.
