The CEO of Inter Milan, Beppe Marotta has cleared the air on a rumor that has linked Andre Onana with a possible move to Chelsea Football Club.
The Blues are looking to bring in a new goalkeeper next season as a possible replacement for either Kepa Arrizabalga or Eduoard Mendy. Chelsea has not had a clear shot when it comes to having a world-class goalie since the departure of Petr Cech.
He said,
Onana leaving for €40m? I'd rule this out, honestly. We think he will stay. We have not received any offers and Onana is happy in Milano, he wants to stay here. We do not plan to sell him.
The Cameroonian has being in fantastic form in the UEFA Champions League this season. Inter Milan will hope he can be in this form so they will be able to win the trophy for the time in 13 years.
