Former Manchester City and Barcelona midfielder, Yaya Toure has spoken for the first time on the course placed on Pep Guardiola.
Yaya's former agent, Dimitri Sulek had always insisted in the past that he is the reason why Guardiola has not won the UCL since he last won it with Barcelona. He placed a curse on the Spaniard because of how he treated Yaya when he was at Barcelona and City, Guardiola was the manager on both occasions.
The Ivorian disassociated himself from the curse via his official Twitter account on Monday, May 8th, 2023. He dissociated himself from the agent and everything that concerns him.

Manchester City have been close to winning the trophy in recent years the closest was in 2021 when they lost the final to Chelsea. However, the Cityzens must overcome Real Madrid m the semi-finals for a place in the final.
