Former World Number 1 tennis player, Novak Djokovic has received his verdict ahead of the 2023 US Open at Flushing Meadows.
The news from the US government is good for Djokovic and his supporters as he will be allowed to participate in the Grand Slam following the decision of the Senate to end all Covid-19 measures. Djokovic has not played tennis in the United States since losing the 2021 US Open final because of Covid measures introduced by the government during the height of the pandemic.
The bill, which was cleared by the House of Representatives earlier this year, will now be sent to President Joe Biden, who is expected to sign it.
The 35-year-old missed the tournament at Flushing Meadows last year and also missed out on the Miami Open and Indian Wells, after being denied permission to enter America. However, Djokovic will hope he can with the Grand Slam which will be happening in August 2023.
Verse Figured that I could learn a lot on my own So I ran from your love Young and naive, I saw some devilish things Till I ran out of love Figured that I could learn a lot on my own So I ran from your love Young and naive, I saw some devilish things Till I ran out of love Figured that I could learn a lot on my own So I ran from your love Young and naive, I saw some devilish things Till I ran out of love Figured that I could learn a lot on my own So I ran from your love Young and naive, I saw some devilish things Till I ran out of love
Outro Oh, oh I'm really grateful that I've made the conscious Decision to do the harder thing and do the more Uncomfortable thing in order to understand my purpose here And I just pray for that to be the formula to my life when things get hard, Or when I feel like giving up, um, I'm learning how to work with disciplining myself And it's been quite a journey, but I like where I'm at right now
"Kintsugi" is the eighth song by Lana Del Rey from her ninth studio album "Did you know that there's a tunnel under Ocean Blvd," read the lyrics to "Kintsugi" below.
Lana Del Rey - Kintsugi Lyrics
Verse 1 There's a certain point the body can't come back from In one year, we've learned the turn of the mouth The depth that the chest cavity takes Chucky was there for three out of three I was there for the third 'cause I couldn't be There for the one who was closest to me But I can't say I run when things get hard It's just that I don't trust myself with my heart But I've had to let it break a little more 'Cause they say that's what it's for
Chorus That's how the light shines in That's how the light shines in That's how the light gets in (Mm-mm)
Verse 2 So everyone was there, they were standing, laughing And I'm on the side with my tears streaming down There's something about the clutch of the wrist He thought mine was his to carve into his mouth We've only got hours And I just can't stop crying 'cause all of the ways When you see someone dying You see all your days flash in front of you And you think about who would be with you And then there's Donoghue
Bridge 1 Daddy, I miss them I'm in the mountains I'm probably running away from the feelings I get When I think all the things about them Daddy, I miss them I'm at the Roadrunner Café I'm probably running away from the thoughts in the day I'd have things to do with them, but they say
Chorus "That's how the light gets in That's how the light gets in That's how the light gets in"
Verse 3 Think by the third of March, I was cracked open Finally, the ground was cold, they wouldn't open Brought by the sunlight of the spirit to pour into me There's a name for it in Japanese, it's "Kintsugi" They sang folk songs from the '40s Even the fourteen-year old knew "Froggie Came A-Courtin" How do my blood relatives know all of these songs? I don't know anyone left to know songs that I sing
Chorus That's how the light gets in That's how the light gets in
Bridge 2 But daddy, I miss them I'm at the Roadrunner Café Probably running away from the feelings today In the snow-capped mountains of the desert Daddy, I miss them I'm in the mountains Probably running away, I've been meaning to say That there's nothing to do except know that this is
Outro How the light gets in Like cracking, the light gets in It's how the light gets in That's how the light gets in That's how the light gets in Then you're golden, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah Ah-ah-ah-ah-ah Just another folk song, but anyway I try so hard, but that's okay It's how the light gets in It's how the light gets in It's how the light gets in
Verse 1 If we both have to win, then we both lose I'd be crazy to think that I know you Wear your heart on your sleeve if you need to You depend on yourself for your needs But I'm still gon' bless you 'cause you sprinkle on that extra Keep it hunnid, make it easy
Pre-Chorus Ain't nobody perfect, I'm just speaking for myself We both done did some dirt, can't treat you like you innocent Do your best to please and I'll put diamonds 'round your throat (I won't judge you) Do me how I do you, we go back and forth and shit Ain't nobody perfect, I'm just speaking for myself
Chorus We can go tit for tat, tit for tat, give some We can go tit for tat, tit for tat, takе some We can go tit for tat, tit for tat, give somе We can go tit for tat, tit for tat, take some We can go tit for tat, tit for tat We can go back and forth, I'm here for that
Verse 2 All this back and forth, I'm tryna even the odds, yeah Suffer from the thought of losing feelings and all that Still I'm leaning in it, I can tell when it's all bad Miss you when I fall back, so what do you call that? Trading shots, tit for tat, taking it all the way Highs turn into lows, but I'll still be one call away Or we can go tit for tat, tit for tat We can go back and forth, I'm here for that
Verse 3 I tried to talk to you, didn't work I know the make-up sex is a perk Still got some things we need to address Like don't make me put somebody on a shirt I got a temper I'm tryna suppress I got a ego like everyone else Said I'ma change and failed my test Quick reset and it just might help, yeah (Ayy)
Chorus We can go tit for tat, tit for tat, give some We can go tit for tat, tit for tat, take some

The most anticipated news for the supporters of Manchester City has finally been brought to their ears concerning the fitness of Erling Haaland.
The Norwegian withdrew from Norway's camp during the International break due to an injury he picked up in the FA Cup 6-0 demolition of Burnley. Sky Sports News confirmed that Haaland was not seen in training today ( Thursday, March 30th, 2023) ahead of the early kick-off against Liverpool on Saturday, April 1st, 2023.
Erling's father Alfie Haaland gave an update on the situation of his Son during the International break, describing the situation as 'touch and go'.

Man City can gamble, but if he doesn't get proper training with the team, then he won't play. It's about how he responds to treatment in the next few days. He needs a lot of care and knuckling. There are many sprints and a lot to move.
Phil Foden was also absent from training following his recovery after undergoing surgery for acute appendicitis, an issue that could rule him out for up to six weeks.
However, Manchester City supporters will hope they can get maximum points against Liverpool as they look to reduce the points deficit between themselves and league leaders, Arsenal.

The presidential, gubernatorial, national assembly and state assembly elections of the largest black nation on earth, Nigeria have been concluded, but Nigerians aren't having it due to the slapdash electoral malpractice, violence and lack of transparency. The election conducted by the INEC Chairman, Prof. Mahmood Yabuku has been condemned by many international and local observers, as well as well-meaning Nigerians. The election has also been regarded by many as the worst in Nigeria's democratic history. To that effect, renowned Nigerian rappers, Falz and Vector have decided to express their views about the election in their latest single 'Yakubu' titled after the INEC Chairman.
On the new single 'Yakubu', Falz and Vector represent frustrated Nigerians who have been constantly oppressed, and denied their constitutional right to vote. With lyrics such as: "Mr Yakubu! Ę ma ń se bi fraudster, you don't want to prosper, come and collect, oscar 300 billion te gbà lówó ìjoba, kí le fi se ná sir," Falz didn't hold back, the rapper calls out the INEC, INEC Chairman, and corrupt political parties allegedly involved in the electoral malpractices. Vector had some critical points to buttress as well, the rapper had a lot to say about the electoral process, the court jurisdiction and of course, the INEC Chairman, Prof. Mahmood Yabuku.
'Yabuku' serves as Falz's second official single for 2023 and is a follow-up to the previously released 'Owa' featuring Tekno. As regards production credit, Chillz has it to claim.

It is a good thing. I love Portable so much. Despite the fact that I did the 'crazy genre' of music, it does not mean that somebody else cannot be inspired and still unique. He is quite unique. There is nothing he has that can be compared to mine, musically and intellectually. I feel nobody should shut him out. He cannot be stopped. If he stops talking, what else will happen? That is his style. It (controversies) did not just start from me. It started with different guys that represented the streets, and it will still continue. It is normal.
