Nizaar Kinsella confirmed that Ampadu would not be given special dispensation to feature in the Blades FA Cup quarter-final tie with Chelsea. His performances have generally been one of the few positives in a season that's been riddled with negatives for his current team. This task has been made even tougher with the removal of Ampadu from his line-up. It would have been a perfect opportunity for the 20-year-old to prove himself to his Chelsea employees first-hand. However, football is a results business and the Blues clearly don't want to give their opponents any more advantages than necessary.
